Job Title: Online Marketing Manager
Job Description:
The online marketing manager optimizes existing demand generation programs and create/execute new online marketing programs to meet lead generation & revenue goals.
Role:
# Use SEO, SEM, partner links, adwords, whitepaper postings, webinars etc. to generate qualified leads and maximize traffic.
# Report on conversions and track results by program as defined by lead quantity, lead quality, cost per lead, and revenue impact.
# Liaison with product marketing and IT staff to manage updates of the corporate website to maintain marketing content and support online campaigns.
# Help integrate the website into all direct marketing activities, to best effect. Includes creation of landing pages and tagging pages for tracking.
Skills Required
# 3+ years of hands on experience with online marketing campaigns.
# Track record of planning and executing innovative, results-driven online marketing strategies.
# Experience negotiating and managing programs based on CPM, CPA, and CPC.
# Experience managing a company's online presence through SEM/SEO campaigns.
# Knowledge of javascript and HTML to set up tracking and landing pages for campaigns.
# Experience targeting small to medium sized companies desirable.
# Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
# Bachelor's degree or higher, with Business or Marketing emphasis.
# Able to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial atmosphere.
# Must be results driven, detail oriented, and a team player.
